Before every KIckHIIT training session, our certified instructors lead a dynamic warm-up. This helps you perform safely and effectively through your 45-minute workout.
45 MINUTES OF THE BEST YOU
Your training is designed to keep your body guessing, so you never get bored! You'll learn The "300 System," a Martial Arts system created by Master Sergio Haritos, a 9th Degree Black Belt.
